Adrianne Liebman

Preschool & Kindergarten Director
Education: B.S. in Communication Disorders
Experience: 35 yrs

Adrianne has been building and creating preschools for the last 30 years. She holds a B.S. in Communication Disorders. She worked for Chester County Intermediate Unit as a Teacher of the Hearing Impaired for four years. Adrianne is passionate about helping each and every child to grow and she strives to instill a love of learning that will last forever. Adrianne loves to spend time with her husband and children, read, and go to the beach.

Lois Wesson

Teaches: Preschoolers
Education: B.S. in Elementary Education
Experience: 24 yrs

Miss Lois enjoys working with children and helping them adjust to attending school. Lois enjoys reading, baking, genealogy, and walking their dog, Teddy.

Allison Smith

Teaches: Preschoolers | Enrichment | Summer Camp
Education: B.S. in Early Childhood Education
Experience: 18 yrs

Miss Allison enjoys being an important first teacher in children’s lives. In her free time, Miss Allison likes to knit and do craft projects. She spends time with her husband, two grown boys and her beloved two dogs.

Linda Bray

Teaches: Preschoolers
Education: Associates Degree in Applied Science/Communications
Experience: 11+ years

Miss Linda loves working with the children.  Her goal is to provide a loving and fun preschool learning experience.  She is married and has three grown children.  She enjoys spending time and traveling with her family and friends.

Peg Milligan

Teaches: Fantastic Fives and Kindergarten Enrichment
Education: B.S. in Early Childhood Development & Elementary Education
Experience: 20+ yrs

Peg enjoys watching and helping children learn and reach their greatest potential. Mrs. Milligan is married and has three sons, two in college and one in high school.  During her free time she enjoys hiking, bike riding, gardening, reading and scrapbooking memories.

Jaimee Helbein

Teaches: Preschoolers | Enrichment
Education: B.S. in Business Administration
Experience: 7 yrs

Miss Jaimee has worked at Beth Israel for 7 years, both as a teacher in the Religious School, and as an Enrichment teacher in the Preschool.  She loves to engage children to think creatively, ask questions, explore through play, and have fun.  She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, rock climbing, spending time with family and friends, and cuddling with her dog and two cats.

Judy Fickler

Teaches: Kindergarten
Education: B.S. in Elementary Education
Experience: 35 yrs

Mrs. Fickler loves working with children knowing that she can make a difference in their lives. Her goal is to have children be confidently independent, socially capable, and creatively inspired. Mrs. Fickler has two grown boys and three beautiful grandchildren! Her hobbies include creating mosaic glass projects and cork projects, travel, and Mah Jongg, Scrabble and Candy Crush.

Cynthia Zimmerman

Teaches: Preschoolers | Enrichment | Summer Camp
Education: B.S. in Elementary Education
Experience: 31 yrs

Cynthia has been a preschool teacher at Beth Israel for the last 17 years. She has a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education. Previously, Cynthia taught third grade and worked at other preschools and daycares. She loves to work with children and enjoys watching them grow and bloom. Cynthia has three daughters. In her spare time, she loves to run and spend time reading at the Jersey shore.

Lea Piselli

Teaches: Preschoolers | Enrichment | Summer Camp
Education: Early Childhood Certificate
Experience: 21 yrs

Lea has 21 years of experience in early childhood education and is celebrating her 14th year at Beth Israel Preschool. Lea did her child care course work at CARES Courses School. Lea likes to have the children explore through creativity, science, art and food. She is always on the lookout for new materials and books to share with her students. When not in the classroom, Lea enjoys spending time with her husband Albert and their grown children and cats.

Lori Goodstein

Office Manager
Experience: 18 yrs

Lori has been working in the school office for 18 years doing administrative support. Both of her children started in the 2’s program and are BIP Kindergarten graduates. She enjoys working with parents, teachers and students to make our school the best place to learn and grow. Lori loves skiing, a good book, the great outdoors and time with family and friends.

FAQs

Yes. We have a diverse population of students. We learn about Jewish holidays and customs through arts and crafts and story time. On Fridays, we celebrate Shabbat.
9:15-12:15 Preschool 12:15-3:15 Afternoon enrichment and kindergarten enrichment 9:15-3:15 Full Day Kindergarten
Tuition is due on the first of every month. There are 9 monthly payments.
Mommy and Me (15 months) through age 5
Parents walk children to the classroom at arrival time (9:15). There is a carpool dismissal line at 12:15. Bussing is available for the full day kindergarten students.
Parents sign up on a rotating basis to supply a snack for the class for that day.
1:6 for preschool classes 1:10 for kindergarten and kindergarten enrichment
An extra morning for three and four year olds. Cooking activities, science experiments, and special art projects are a part of the day as well as many other enriching and engaging activities.
A program designed for children who attend morning kindergarten in the public school. They come on MWF afternoons from 12-3:15 for cooking, science, art, gross motor time and creative and engaging activities that reinforce reading and math literacy.

Thanksgiving Feast
Monday, Nov. 20th, 11:15 am

The children experience a preschool friendly Thanksgiving Feast. Each class does a song or finger play that they perform for the rest of the school.
