PROGRAMS

Creativity, Curiosity and Exploration

On a daily basis your child will be given the opportunity to participate in many “hands on” learning activities like: art, dramatic play, circle time, music and movement just to name a few. Our curriculum focuses on the development of the whole child, offering activities that build cognitive, social-emotional, gross motor and communication skills.

Teacher/Child Ratio

Our low teacher/child ratio ensures that your child will receive the attention and guidance necessary to maximize your child’s positive preschool experience. We have a 1:6 ratio for the younger preschoolers and a 1:10 ratio for the enrichment classes, 5 year old classes and kindergarten.

Our teachers and teacher aides are part of a professional staff who believe strongly in professional development. Our staff participates in in-service programs, seminars and conferences dealing with early childhood education.

Toddlers

Toddler Playgroup meets on Thursday mornings from 9:30 – 11:00. Parent and child experience play, art, snack, gym, circle time and music together.

Twos

Our twos program concentrates on building socialization skills and group interaction. Children learn how to follow school routine. We work on building language skills while reinforcing concepts through play.

Threes

We continue to work on verbalizing needs and problem solving. The alphabet and numbers are introduced through play, arts & crafts, and musical games. Weekly themes are introduced through stories and art projects.

Fours

Our Pre-K program covers the benchmarks necessary for kindergarten. We have center time rotation, which includes alphabet recognition, numeracy, and handwriting. We continue to emphasize cooperation and problem-solving skills while building school readiness skills.

Fantastic 5’s

This program builds upon our Pre-K Program by increasing the center time rotation activities and small group learning. New themes are introduced and there is more emphasis on STEM building activities.

Kindergarten

The full day format affords the luxury of providing a well-rounded curriculum that allows for academics as well as continued development of social skills. The atmosphere is one of emergent literacy, active learning, and respect for all individuals.

Kindergarten Enrichment

An afternoon three-day program that focuses on stem building activities, cooking, book making and drama while reinforcing all literacy skills. This program enhances and supplements a half-day, morning kindergarten program.

Summer Camp

Week long sessions are offered during June. Each week is theme based and grouped by age. We offer sessions for children ages 2 years, nine months through age 6.
